PingMD is a digital care manager to assist doctors to communicate with peers and patients. The platform enables streamlining teamwork that saves time and increase patient engagement and referrals.
Role : UX/UI Lead
Create wireframes, user flows, and interfaces. Brainstorm new feature implementation and product roadmap.
Mobile & Web App: PingMD has three user groups, provider, patients, and specialist. Provider and patients communication is a core functionality in app, patients can search and reach out to doctors via chat, voice and video calls. Also, doctors can send forms to patients and specialists using the app. Web app was designed for admin to track subscription and download forms.
